Central Oregon Trucking is a flatbed company paying salary starting at 65k a year. From what I've heard from there drivers the average is in the high 70s to low 80s. If I ever go back to being a company driver that company is on my radar.
Best job for the man with no life.

To make more you'll need to be paid more.
