heads are fundamentally the same and will all bolt on.
differences are part number valve, guide and seat fitted. physically the same dimensions but varied material and strength.
port thread. some are UNO ports others are tapered. CAT do sell a conversion kit of fittings to move from tapered to UNO.Daniel Otto and spsauerland Thank this. -
Are all 5ek 3406e cranks the same? I just had mine Crack the block but I have another one that has a spun bearing but good block any one know for sure that they are all the same

The cranks will all interchange, I hate to use the word the same but yes they are same. If the motor with spun bearing spun a main odds of it being useable without machine work are terribly slim.Oxbow Thanks this.
