    Did I miss something? What has happen to tucker? Did he go in search of his cat that ran away and get lost in the woods? Did he eat to much zucchini ? Is he now in the hospital? Did he get a mail order bride? I was just wondering.

    I was pulling up the Grapevine about 2 years ago headed north near the top.

    BLINDING sun.

    So some 4 wheeler 2 lanes over probably couldn't see, and thought it would be best to stop.

    Some dude rear ended him at speed and the car exploded in a giant shower of plastic fragments. No flames.

    KAG was behind me. We just kept on truckin. Look at each other shaking our heads.

    Yea I'm torn on if I should rent a car or not. The hotel I stay at has a great bar/restaurant so the bike park is really the only place I have to go every day. It just seems easier to have someone drive me but like you said....some idiot I don't know driving me potentially in snow doesn't sound too good.
