Depending on the size, gyno can be as simple as a visually unnoticeable little lump in your chest that can only be found by rubbing the area with your hand. Even in the worst gyno cases can be removed with surgery. Drugs like Letrozole can reverse it too.

 

If you took Testosterone out of a man, and filled a needle with estrogen and injected same into Man then presto you have a female in short order. The same is true for females with the opposite treatment.

Even more horrifying if you applied other drugs to a child before puberty you can shut down certain systems in the child that they will never evolve properly into adult hood. Trapped in this something of a child situation until you stop the drugs. I don't see any valid purpose to them.

There is a form of surgery available to do a chop chop when necessary. I suppose the awarded plaintiff complaining about the growths has not opted fro that kind of surgery yet.
