    I know this is an old thread.just wanted to update it.
    They still haven't changed apparently. I booked 2 loads .my first dealings with them.
    Sent them my carrier packet.staged both trucks waiting on the rate cons.
    In the mean time they booked both loads .Christy is a supposedly office supervisor. She said they were my loads.dont worry.as soon as we get your packet I'll send u the rate cons.
    Lesson learned.she wont get me twice tho.
