I agree with Semi, it is necessary to keep quiet about stuff a company never asked you about. If they didnt ask it did not happen. With that said, if they did discover digging that deep they do have the right to fire you.

DAC is only limited to 10 years as are a few other things.

This industry has no tolerance for Pot period. Because it is federally banned at that level in this industry which itself is federally regulated.

I could express the thought that if something was really good 20 years ago, being legal now it can be awesome. And would not be able to take up trucking because of it. Your friend will have to make a choice.

 

She doesn't have a DAC report because she hasn't been employed by a trucking company yet.

 

We stress that, but some people just "have to be totally honest" even if it means they stay unemployed.

 

Where is her location; state & nearest city?

 

If they do not know how to lie they will never make it in trucking.

 

that's right, they will never be able to become dispatchers or recruiters..when they retire, or want to get out...!!
