    My favorite. lol I should not say that, as I Could not have ask for better dervice out of an engine than my DDEC 3, but it is my understanding that you can get more power reliably out of a 4.

    I have a cat in my haul road truck, and in my log truck, my lower 48 highway trucks are 12.7 detroits, and they treated me exceptionally well, both in fuel and maintenance costs.

    That was a quick change. I have a 550 3406E, but I’d change for a DDEC4 12.7 500 if I had the chance.
