Big Daddy government does far worse than inspect trucks on private property and no one bats an eye.

Back in the day..

A hamster acquired pre Commiefornia was enough to shut up the idle gestapo. Pets matter more than a driver.

Also.. never sit in the driver seat while they are trolling. They will consider you on duty and fair game.

They cause more pollution with the helicopters and 15 cars trolling for that 1 truck idling when its 110* out.

Oversize loads, or what were they measuring?

 

Be the same as going to a loading dock and handing out fines to everyone with the tandems slid back lol.

 

That was my thought.
I'd fight that one til the bitter end.
You can sit all day with them at the back in a parking lot.
On the highway? He can get ya.

If this were the case, they could write cites at every shipper in the docks when you slide back to load so the forklifts don't bounce on the air ride like a trampoline.

 

A few firecrackers should scare them away...

Is it really worth your meager $50-60k salary?

Your gonna be paying more than you can afford in Harassment and Heart Surgery from all the stress.

I Suggest you kids get out now- Cause If its Really Gotten to the point where your constantly targeted for revenue purposes On Private property- They'll Take you to the Limit and Harass you at your Yard and Home Next.
