Just make for sure it’s your radiator? Silly me, a couple years ago, band-aided a leak for a while, ended up doing the radiator job locally with an oem rad, and it still leaked afterward!!!

I then drained the coolant I believe, and checked the main hose that comes out and sure enough it was cut pretty good, but directly underneath it where it would be pretty tricky to spot when clamped down in place. I then fixed with new hose, no more leak, and a “preventative maintenance” rad job.

Thank you all for response. Replaced with Volvo aftermarket roughly $800 plus 500 labor.
I was thinking to use plastic weld but decide not to because it will fail anyway perhaps in worst place and time you can imagine.

Done this before and it's still holding as of right now in my parking lot on a plastic tank on my Mack.

Get the radiator warm to the touch. Propain will work. Mix JB Weld and place it over the hole in the warm sun. You want it to kind of melt over the hole and it will permanently fix it.

    Snailexpress and truckdriver31 Thank this.
