Day pass? Not sure ...Seems it was like for the year. You buy the transponder box(it only goes to that specific truck) i believe.Used to be around $45 a year. Keep in mind some scales Dont care about it.They simply Wont give a green light.Sometimes No light.So you pull in to "be safe". Like Nebraska if memory serves. 2 hwy headed to Lincoln."Only exit if instructed.Well,didnt get any lights,guess i better exit.They are good to have...to save potential inspections...a few.JMO

 

good for the entry ports. just dont get hook on that bottle too much. alot of state dont use it or keep it turned off.

 

Drivewyze is better than Prepass. At least Drivewyze gives you 1 and 2 mile alerts from the scales, and sometimes will give you bypass before Prepass does

 

at one point drivewyze was going to let the scales know your hos status

 

Just drive in the middle of the night.
They don't stay up that late.
