    Big money in parking spaces and parking garages. The Mafia in New York was big into that. No one knows how many spaces are rented each day and it was in cash. Rent 100 spaces and only show 10 on the books.

    Wasn't there an issue a few years ago of NY city officials bidding off their official parking passes a few years ago? My favorite thing to see on the east coast was people popping their hood, turning on their 4 ways, and popping into a store.
