Well I'm gonna be filling up that right tank with diesel hopefully within the hour, pump it up until I get fuel pressure and hopefully I don't need to get towed ...estimate tow around $1100 ...yikes ...

Now would a bad fuel pump cause the fuel level on the tanks to vary?? Because that fuel on my right tank is almost gone completely

    77fib77 Thanks this.

Vent could be clogged, or cross over valve is bad.

    I'd definitely check the vent.

if one of tanks is completely empty then you may have air sucked into fuel system. Broken pump can not make one tank empty. fuel leveling valve is bad I guess.... put fuel in empy tank, prime the fuel system and try to start the engine

OP without priming the system you will not have a fuel pressure...
