Cell phone ticket in a car

Drivers don’t have a CSA score. And you need an inspection report for it to show up on your PSP

 

I've been hit twice this calendar year by distracted driver's. Not going to hand out words of encouragement or slaps on the back. Not sure how I'm supposed to feel. Was it a bit harsh?

You need to spend some bucks to fix this.

I'd be looking for an attorney who works the courthouse that you'll appear in (they all know him/her) before shopping 1-800-fix this ticket.com for their $99 special.

 

It won’t affect your csa because you don’t have one the company does! Drivers have a psp

Your own car. You wont get fired. The companies truck a possibility.

 

As a company driver, I don't know what it would or could do, but I do know how a seat belt ticket in my private vehicle did to me and one other oo I know, it isn't anything to sneeze at come time to renew insurance. lol

It just shows up as a safety violation, not sure how a phone violation would show up. It is not illegal to talk on the phone here, but it is to text.
