Truck stops adding national chain restaurants

It's quite apparent the cheapest chain to add to a truck stop is Subway. I for one have had enough. A Moe's Southwest Grill would be fantastic. But no. It's 5 dollar footlongs that cost 11 to taste right and your clothes smell like swamp yeast to boot. I understand economics, but it doesn't have to taste bad and leave you smelling funny.

Full service truckstops would top off the tanks and do a truck wash while you grabbed lunch and sat in the restaurant.

I did see another Black Bear Diner being built in the Kingman, Arizona TA. The only other I know of is in Barstow.
