Called a safety manifold leak all the time replace it cheap about 70 $ and quick to do.

 

Im having the same issue on a 2017 volvo 503.000 miles on it. Anmd im getting this code "SPN: 5747 FMI: 12 (Failure) Count: 1" anyone have an idea?

 

I had the same code, whenever I used to hold my brake pedal for few seconds at a stop sign or light this annoying code would show up and go away doing the same after sometime, so, I changed the Brake pedal micro switch and it immediately solved my issue ( thanks to Alex D13).
