They do not have clearence issues, only reason I do is because I am using Timbren suspension springs in place of my bump stops. The tires will fit, just not as much clearence as I would like, so I thoughtI would look into spacers.

I got my treads mounted up today, don't think the spacers will be needed after all. They look pretty tough, should get me through the mud alot better than my old baldies.

Wow, those look positively wicked! One thing to think about, if you get into really serious mud and get a lot built up around the tires, clean it out before it dries. I'm sure you probably already know that, but I saw it happen with a dual wheeled Kinze grain cart, the mud built up in between the tires and the body, then dried hard, and rubbed the tire until it created a hole in it.

About how much did those cost you?

    They look great.

You might want to keep an eye out for rocks and other debris, as well. If you notice that your starting to pick up stuff, you might want to revisit the idea of spacers.

Alittle over 3k for 8 retreads and reconditioned steel rims.

Based on what I have seen from the guys I know who already have them, I would be glad to get two seasons out of them, which would be 20k -30k miles.

    The Challenger Thanks this.

Those tires would be the ticket for sled pulling. Drop the air pressure down to about 15-20 psi depending on the sidewall strength and you would never have a traction issue.

Wouldnt super singles with grooves cut into them like super swamper "Boggers" be the ticket for sled pulling.
