    Hi

Anyone have any suggestions for a "Good" school in the Bay area? I'd prefer to look at a PTDI school, but since there aren't any in CA, any suitable alternatives anyone like to suggest. If not, im thinking about a temporary relocate to Oregon since i've got inlaws up thataway.....Western Pacific Truck School maybe?

Help...for pitys sake....please don't make me go to Oregon. Nothing against the state, just trying to avoid my inlaws:biggrin_25526:

There are Western Pacific Truck Schools here in California. Could you commute to one?

The schools in the bay area SUCK big time...you would be better off if you could be able to commute to Stockton or Sacramento for either Western Truck School (West Sacramento, right off I-80) or Western Pacific either Stockton or Sacramento...trust me I trained for Swift for many years and the students they put on my truck from the Bay Area schools didn't even know what a splitter is...and don't go to a school that teaches you in a straight truck or one using automatic transmission rigs..no good for the drive test with DMV.

Thanks for the info....im sure im going to have to commute. Figure if I am going to shell out the money for school, then maybe i'll just rent a furnished "something" while im doing it....or....I suck it up and hang out with the mother in law in the evenings.
