Larger companies provide the driver with a dual purpose card that you use to purchase fuel. The other purpose is, they put your weekly pay on it. You can get your money at an ATM, or transfer it to a COMCHEK, or similar type check, and take to the bank.
If you go to a company that allows you to use different fuelstops, like Pilot, T/A, and Love's, stop at each one and try to keep a shower credit at each truck stop. That way it will be easier on you to be able to shower. Many times, I wasn't able to get to a truck stop where I had a shower coupon. Ended up paying for a shower. Better than stinking.

Or fuel up 50 gallons at a time. Then start a new transaction. Two transactions, two shower tickets. :)

Kind of hard to keep a shower at each stop cause pilots only keep em on your card for 3 days I think, ta's and petros are 4 or 5 days I believe. Not sure about the J never fueled there. Nice thing about the company I was with is the fueling was open you could fuel whenever and however much you wanted, just had to fuel at the stops in the book they gave ya.

Hmm...might have to dig out the old Australian Shower from my military days.

We used to put 5gal water jugs in the engine compartment before bugging out so we'd have hot water on arrival to our new location.

Rig a portable shower in the space between the back of the cab and trailer...Hmmmmm
