Oh nice, thank you sir. I hope you have posted some of your heavy haul pics in one of the other forums. After I get some more experience I want to get into flat bedding. Im also glad to see someone leave a company happy , we hear it go the other way far too often.

Left TMC, heading to orientation for P&S monday. Is p&s a good company and can I make the same or better money as I did with TMC? I like to stay out

I recently left HS Express, another carrier trapped under the P&S flag. The company is going downhill in a hurry. Too focused on buying every other carrier they can get their hands on, not enough focus on keeping the current carriers running.
Rates are crap, cheaper than some of the stuff I see on the spot market. Maintenance is sloppy, with P&S fighting every little thing or simply denying repairs. Need equipment? Good luck. Tires? Not unless they are flat and destroyed. Engine work? Plan on getting it done at a shop close to home. That will make it easier for you to clean out the truck once you get fed up and go find a carrier you can actually make money at.
In my last couple of months running under the P&S flag, they ripped off TA for a trailer air tank replacement (approved the repair, then refused to pay for the work when completed), refused to do the scheduled maintenance on the DPF/SCR system then left the truck to sit for almost a month when it quit (at a dealership because they didn't like the formatting on the dealer quote for repairs and replacement), and even argued the charge to have an ancient trailer leveling valve cut out so a new one could be installed (despite the axle overweight ticket I got in Michigan due to the bloody thing failing midtrip!)
P&S is also being targeted in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan due to securement failures and equipment maintenance failures.
As far as I can see, P&S has overextended themselves trying to grow to fast, and are now broke. They seem to be constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul. The P&S main fleet drivers aren't seeing the worst yet (but even they have been complaining about maintenance issues) while the other brands are losing drivers and office at a prodigious rate.
Frankly, I expect to see P&S pull an Arrow sometime in the next year or so.Dennixx Thanks this.
