Help Showering, PT.2:

i will also attempt to answer to topic here as well as i feel this is an important topic.

1) i would estimate 15-30 mins.

2) This is very important; As pointed out in the other thread, i suggest washing your butt and crotch area first. In the way all the funky bacteria will fall to the floor and some may fall on your feet and legs---which is ok at this point because you haven't washed to feet or legs yet---they are still dirty.
Then, immediately after that, wash your hands---scrub your hands together for at least 30 seconds.

Then you can wash everywhere else. i would suggest scrubbing your legs and feet for at least 30 seconds---for obvious reasons.

And then, finally wash your hands again for at least 30 seconds.

3) i would suggest using ONLY antibacteria soap. Dial antibacterial to be specific.

4) Yes, i use a brush for my back; My back was very itchy all the time. i finally surmised that it was because i wasn't washing it very thouroughly. i decided to experiment with using a brush and since then my back doesn't itch!

5) Right now i'm only using pert and i try to wash my hair everyday, but i usually wash it every other day along with everything else. i find that applying hair gel immediately after showering works best for me.

6) Yes, but only in my own shower. i also spit out mouthwash in there and brush my teeth in there. This is all ok because i use the automatic cleaner thing from scrubbing bubbles and it works great. i would not pee in any other shower including truckstops.

7) Yes, i brush my teeth, occasionally shave in there.

i would love to discuss more as i feel it is interesting, but also because i feel it is an important topic.
