TSH is an owner operator company with a great lease purchase program. I just recently turned in my truck and trailer due to family issues that required me to spend more time with my family. They always paid me what I was owed and the settlements were made same day that I scanned before 12:30pm and sometimes before 3pm. I grossed $227,000 in 2019 and cleared just over $107,000 after lease payments, insurance, fuel, maintenance and other small required deductions. They are the very best company I’ve worked for. Whoever gets my old truck will be well pleased. It was a 2019 Freightliner SD122 (Coronado) with 214,000 miles and new tires when I turned it in. Never had any major issues with the truck. TSH has a strict maintenance policy and if you care about the equipment you operate, you will appreciate their program. If you stick with the payments to the end, the equipment will be yours. TSH is a great company and I hope to return once my son goes off to college. It was very disheartening to leave. If you don’t like self dispatch and working hard, you will be broke fast. If you are motivated and not lazy, you can make a lot of money with them.
