PIttsburgh power mufflers..worth it or not?

I saw the same thing at the Iowa80 the other day. I laughed as I watched that video they had playing. What a terrible way to do people. Pittsburgh Power should be ashamed

 

I agree, between them, 4 states, Fitzgerald, and now, Detroit Radiator, got hooked up with them and Rutherford. There’s a great sales pitch on Utube. “ waterless coolant” it’s hilarious, sounds great, till the end, and Rutherford comes on and endorses it. What a joke. All about the money.

Well, I know this is an old thread. I bought the PP mufflers say 10yrs ago. I am needing to finally replace them as 1 is cracked. Well, right there on the side it is stamped M100463. Dang

 

This #### cleaned up my carbon packing on my ISX.

 

I use that #### on everything. I stained the deck with it, sealed the driveway, kill weeds in and garden and all the while it lowered my insurance by 15%. I’m going to try it on my eggs in the morning.

 

I ordered the Walker 22920. I was not able to find the M100463. The 465 was available, yet not the 463.

 

Was that the quiet performance or the full volume performance?

I'd just like the point out PP sells these for $215. When I googled that number most places were selling for more.

 

Full volume straight thru. Yet, they are not loud at all. I ended up ordering the Walker 22920. These are straight thru as well. Not loud either.

 

Another great idea is to buy new exhaust bushings and mounting bolts. The top bolts were rusted frozen. I ended up cutting all four bushing bolts off wham bam . The walker 22920 was less than $100 and free shipping off the Amazon a few weeks ago when I bought them.
