The hawk is young — @peterbilt_2005 gave spot on advice to call Fish & Game — Fish & Game in Idaho are really good about rescuing raptors in distress so I would think other states would be as well

I’m not totally at odds with your opinions however let’s not pretend that when the B model Cats and 855 Cummins were current that there weren’t shops full of mechanics working on them. I personally know of several new engines in newer trucks that are running flawlessly. I’m no fan at all of emission engines but they are getting them ironed out.
