I had the same feeling. I was reluctant to pull the head but the guy I was dealing with and I was on the same page on what we were reading. He apologized and told me he didn't want to push it any farther.

I mean no disrespect to any of them but they are some grumpy SOBs down in Pooler. All of them. Every Keen driver looked like he was a step away from murdering the entire office staff and every non-Keen driver on the property.
