I agree. The customer that was for usually has loads like this which aren’t bad. The above mess was at a different yard which as you could see does things differently.

Does the fine vary state by state for a truck that loses its load or parts of it?
Had a driver pass me last night on US 30 in Ohio with a load of lumber ( plywood ) and couldn't help but notice the rear top bundle was walking out on him... Tried to get him on 19 no luck...
Few miles down the road I start seeing sheets of plywood scattered through the highway... Few more miles up the road the trucker is on the shoulder evaluating what happened...
Wonder had the DOT caught him for this what type of fine would he have been issued? I'd say it was 10 to 15 pieces of lost lumber.. -
I can just picture the driver after he was done, gives a firm tug on the chain thinking "yup that'll hold her, time to get rolling". This is why Darwinism takes so long, He's probably already old enough to have reproduced.

They best be careful, there's alligators in that creek. I know because I've seen them wandering the lot at night!

In reference to the guy hauling the military vehicle using the tire to wedge the chain, uh that's not legal is it? I mean, besides being silly.

Sitting at a light and thinking "man, that's wrong" Snapped a picture with the camera in the holder.
but look, it's not only obvious (it's loose) but it's subtle. Look at the ends. Also he was definitely loaded (cuz he was slower than me off the line and I was loaded)Lepton1, whoopNride, skellr and 7 others Thank this.
