What is it?

 

We're still plugging away on that project. By Christmas I should more or less have the bottom end together. As it sits I have the crank and cam in, timing gears and cover on and the flywheel housing bolted up.

What I figured, but that’s way bigger than anything that rolls through here — almost looks like some sort of turbine

 

I’m guessing ‘cause I’ve seen stuff like that heading West.

 

I would of guessed a gas column for a refinery?

Why all the things poking out the sides?

Sounds good. I saw another container building today and thought of you. It was different than the double stacked one I mentioned just off I 10. This one had two containers about 26 feet apart or 40 ft outside width. They built a wood frame metal building on top of that. The side walls were about 16 feet high. It looked a little odd but still an inexpensive way to build if you can do it yourself. Knew the wife would be driving on the flip flop but I missed the picture.

 

my guess too - some sort of cracking column for one of the refineries out towards Baytown or lake Charles
