    Are the miles good?I do know that the truck must be 7yr's or newer but what about the mileage?

    I know they have a sliding pay scale which includes a really low cpm for deadhead miles. I think its like your average loaded miles are .89 and empty is like .67cpm. Can anyone verify/correct those numbers?

    I can't confirm the pay for o/o, but I know that they are doing away with the program. Don't know why but I've heard from the few O/O's that we have, they (Millis) isn't renewing contracts after they expire.

    Millis still has o/o..But as far as bringing new onboard i heard they have stopped that....the o/o we have are still with us..
