I just left CRST and when I got on the bus of 34 passengers 28 were guys who just quit CRST. All I can say is the main reason I no longer work there is from 2 people. And 3 reason.

    FM: KIM MERETA
She lied everytime she spoke to me. The only time I had enough miles to be happy was after they had worked me into a hole. She would let me get in hole then run Hell out of me after making me give up my hometime. as soon as I cleared the debt I owed the frieght run out go figure.

    OP Manger: Todd Wright
Supposed to be my sounding board for issues between KI and myself. The only time he did his job was when I told him I was wanting a new FM he bribed me to stay then lied saying "I never promised you anything.

    C0- Drivers:
Before I start I will say this.
I may not be the perfect co-driver but, I did my job was clean and didn't destroy other peoples property.

I had over 2000 dollars in property destroyed by co- drivers and was never repaid for any. Told company they said "Not our problrm.
Plus One doing cocain made sleeping really hard after that.

    Equipment:
Of 4 trucks one wouldv'e passed a DOT inspection rest were trash.

    Policys:
They seemed to change on a dialy basis.

Seems to be hit or miss I had a great FM she has since quit. OP manager i cant remember his name but ##### got done with one phone call.
Only had 2 co drivers in 8 months First was recommended by trainer and second I went through training with him. Both were good co drivers first left to go solo with another company. 2nd is still there wanting to get in a full year.

Trucks Day 1 i got a like new 2010 only had 16k on it other than op idle always being messed up had no real problems out of it. The worst was going 40k to 57k between service yes you read that right 57,000 miles lol

Co-drivers can vary as the wind blows. Some don't know how to do the most basic of things like logging. I had a co-driver cleaning my windshield. Asked him what's up? He said he had his feet there. Sigh...other bad habits people have will also be brought to the truck. Cocaine? Oh hell no--you gotta go. It may take awhile to find a co-driver that works for you. Going through it myself.
Just dropped a co-driver. As a person, I probably liked him more than anyone I have met in a long time. I need to run, though, and he is not ready for that. I am not going into the whys, because some things are not for the public or the company to know about. I am not about ratting someone out for minor mistakes-just not my speed. We split up on good terms and he said he had learned more from me than anyone. I hope so, because in time, I think things will sink in and he will be a good driver. He said his trainer was a good guy, but, being a co-driver, he was not up to speed on basics. He had to go home for a legal appointment, and I am getting a new co-driver. I think we will always be friends, and if he calls me for help, I will try my best to do so. Some things will remain hidden as a fellow brother trucker covering another fellow brother trucker's minor learning mistakes. We have all been there..
