Had a friend, middle aged, lose his job as a fork lift operator. He had an accident on the job and got drug tested, pissed dirty and was fired.

So I go looking through the want ads to help a guy find a job, and I came to realize that every warehouse job there is requires a drug test. I had no idea (hadn’t done a warehouse job since I was a teen.) I reckon all the people that want to argue about why drugs should be legal couldn’t/can’t/won’t get meaningful employment REGARDLESS.

And my friend is just SOL.

My dispatchers husband has had 3 DUI’s. He is a crane operator. They hired his son just so he can drive him to the job sites.

no drivers license but can operate a crane?

 

Way I see it if you do your job and do it safely and arent ####ed up at work by all means smoke your Mary Jane just dont come to work higher than giraffe #####.

Not advocating drug use of course just my opinion.

The need for workers is so bad up in Elkhart county indiana that a few manufacturers dont drug test. Your camper is made by the finest methheads in Elkhart county.

Sounds like the crane operator has a promising future in law enforcement if nothing else. We picked up and drove home a dispatcher that had two DUI's. I arrested him on the first one before we hired him.

He's a patrolman now so the streets are safe. And if someone refuses to give a sample on the Intoxilyzer, he can just blow into it himself and make it stick, LOL.
