Edit: I just saw @poppapump1332 's suggestion after I posted. ---Take a look at Hassell if you want to do tank work. They are based out of South Jersey. Point Pleasant I believe. They do alot of oil. I've talked to a handful of their drivers at mutual customers. Friendly guys and they had good things to say.

I saw that but it's always worth a shot because they may take his location into account. I know that they pay very well. I would definitely consider them if I wasn't happy where I am at.
