brushing your teeth outside

I agree. And this is one of the reasons they are so gross, at least in the men's. You've got hack and toothpaste phlegm in addition to shaving cream blobs with bits of hair. Some places are worse than others, but it's also easier and quicker just to keep water and do it outside.

 

Some TS's have designated shaving areas. I'll brush there. I'll brush in the shower. I'll brush outside. Brushing in the excrement disposal section of the TS makes me uncomfortable because of a) Odor b) dubious sink cleanliness c) high traffic d) lack of personal space.

I just feel like I'm hosing up traffic if I'm at the rinse and wash station, you know?

I'm with everybody that's just happy to see a driver doing some hygiene, regardless of where it gets done.

 

Yah I brush in my truck, lean out the door to spit it out then try to wash most of it away with some water, like others have said I'd rather see that than pee everywhere. And think of the minty smell you're replacing it with!

 

i keep a 5 gal bucket in my truck with a 30 gal trash bag lining it, this is my garbage can/ sink, restroom in emergencies, i brush my teeth in the trk/ spit in the bucket, this also make the tuck smell nicer from the toothpaste

 

I brush my teeth in my truck and then will spit in a cup. Honestly, I have no problem with a driver doing it in the parking lot. I've seen far more worse things in a parking lot.

 

I dont sit on the seats at public bathrooms EVEN my trucking school I squat and poo LOL

 

Public bathrooms are gross? So does this mean you take a dump outside too? How can it be so gross you can't brush your teeth in there? I've seen some nasty truckstop bathrooms, all the way to the used toilet paper everywhere on the floor, but it's just brushing your teeth?
