Ok, just a thought. lol Not dissing you at all.
I have just never ever seen one on the front axle, except for one spread axle van, but that is a whole different animal. -
You haven't seen much then. Having the leveling valve mounted on the front is extremely common in nearly all truck manufacturers (old and new). There are literally hundreds if not thousands of trucks with the leveling valve mounted on the front drive axle.
-
The truck I'm driving right now has it mounted on the front. I have experience with relatively few trucks and I've seen it both ways.
-
I just have never seen one that I have noticed, and I owned a truck shop for several years, probably have changed a hundred of them. lol I know for sure none of the air ride trucks I have ever owned had it on the front axle, and have owned over 20, some of them for short periods, some for years.

Jesus guys! Does this really have anything to do with our Flatbed Hall of Shame? Can't we just agree that it can be done both ways and get back to laughing at idiots?
Hammer166, Gearjammin' Penguin, Cab-Inne and 2 others Thank this. -
Just in case you think we're crazy.
Wish I had a picture of the truck I used to drive with it on the rear for @spyder7723PoleCrusher and misterG Thank this. -
I have seen one now. lol Thanks.
-
My current truck has 2 of them on the rear pumpkin
PoleCrusher Thanks this. -
What suspension. Mine with neway has 2, but one on each side, not one on the side and one in the center?
