That motor is a good build if done right. Accerts had good blocks and cranks. Take all the EPA junk off, throw on a pre 99 ecm with a good tune and it's a great motor. Is it legal and will it pass inspection is another story. If it has a pre 99 ecm the dot will probably be non the wiser but the VIN number on the truck will not show it as a glider

I have never ran for cheap. U cant push a payment out for a brand new 389 with a brand new spread axle reefer and with insurance monthly adding up to 6k+ wouldn’t be able to afford that if i was running cheap.Bean Jr., Kawinige01 and Rubber duck kw Thank this.
