Call the cops. They stole part of your load.
I would confront the broker with that plan. See what he has to say.
It might be too late now anyways.
Better luck next year.

Just an FYI you guys throw this bol thing around.
A bill of ladening aka bol is a legal receipt from the carrier to the consignee and/or shipper. It is proof of transfer of goods on board the truck from the shipper to the carrier to be transported.
You, the driver has to fill it out, and by regulation and state law has to have on it three things, the pickip name and address, the delivery name and address, the description of good on board. Roshea filled in the other fmcsa requirements.
I have a no haul policy if the shipping papers are not complete to compete a legal bol.Bean Jr., Farmerbob1, x1Heavy and 3 others Thank this. -

Also, call them out here, shipper and broker. We oughta know who is playing these games.PE_T Thanks this. -
Sounds like a automotive load. They do that all the time. First pickup will load trailer. Second pick up will unload car parts. Because they use them to make something. Then they reload the finished product back onto truck. We deliver that to the car factory. I did a load like that and it had 5 pickups. Some stops would unload parts and reload the finished product. Some pickups just load the trailer. Basically they are all working together to get what parts they need made for production. They pay extra money to have one truck drive around to all the pickups.
PE_T Thanks this. -

Ok, We all got the idea here- PR trans will learn.
NOW, More importantly, PE Trans Pay attention, How Much are You going to get paid for this?
What did you EXACTLY end up doing here? Pay Attention in the Future- Question things when they dont Feel or look right.
Pay Closer attention to BOL"s too- Sometimes they can work out in your Favor and can over-ride a Chitbag Brokjer playing games, By Looking closer at the Articles.
Is it "Collect" or "Prepaid" ? Too many Drivers think a "prepaid" stamped BOL means transportation has already been paid to Broker or carrier....
It Does Not- I'll get into that Later in another thread.
Tell Us more EXACTLY what work you did from start to Finish,Where you went,What this broker has agreed upon After the Fact- Etc Etc.
Im Going to try and help you out here- But you gotta be Honest with me- Private me if you want- But others on here would probably want to see the results.rachi Thanks this.
