Check out diesel boss. They have an awesome hard wired system and a mobile system too. As soon as I get my truck back on the road its getting one of their hardwired systems installed with 3 cameras. Im not sure but I think a buddy of mine was going to be switching from falcon to the diesel boss system.
Dieselboss and Fredterbert6666 Thank this. -
I use a Blackvue. More expensive, has a lot of nice features.
tinytim Thanks this. -
Blackvue 650. It's been running pretty much 24/7 for about 3 and a half years now and flawless so far.
dwells40 Thanks this. -
This is what I've had for about 2 or 3 years. Put a 64 gb card in it & it will give you about a days (24 hrs) worth of video. No problems so far & works well. Excellent video, day or night.

Cool, Thats the one Im looking at getting. Does it lock and automatically save if you hit the button? Like if you see something you want to save you can shut it so it doesnt loop over?
-
Yes! It does have that function: I have it on loop mode: 5 mins..
just an FYI: I was right behind a pretty bad wreck a few months ago in Lexington.. I was able to stop the recording and I have the Micro SD card to the state patrol so they could see what happened.. it got me back on the road quickly and was a great help to the investigation and the victim whose car was totaled and ended up in the hospital.. by the stupidity of a car drivers impatient actions in trafficChubby Fly, Fredterbert6666 and tinytim Thank this.
