If top cup seals Leak you’ll have diesel in the coolant.

If bottom seal leaks it will pressurize the cooling system with combustion gasses

The stock mbn cal in the ecm is garbage. Those engines are known to run hot and have poor fuel milage because of retarded timing.
If it was me I'd get a performance tune put into the ECM . Sounds like the injection timing is way off.

    SAR Thanks this.

I changed atmospheric sensor and all the other ones ,intake pressure sensor and the other sensor in head fuel temp sensor ,the popping has stopped and the white smoke has cut way down but truck still spudders at cold when pushing gas pedal to 1400

It spudders at 1400 or 1500 but when reving higher like 2100 rpm it straightens out ,let off gas down to 1400 its spudders again, but allways has a miss ,when truck gets hot it takes gas pedal no problem but still has a slight miss at idle when warmed up still not 100% even when hot but runs decent

    Dave,
You keep throwing all this money, which most be thousands and thousands of dollars, into chasing this problem and still back at square one. Stop throwing parts at it. You said in your first post the truck ran fine when it was warmed up. Should have left well enough alone in my opinion. By the time you are done it sounds like you will have rebuilt the whole motor and still not find the gremlin that is cursing your truck.

Isn't that injector seats are same thing as cups?
