Well that’s part of your permit and it specifies the sign size.

 

WI form MV2605 is the provision sheet that must accompany all permits also has this:

Permit is not valid without the MV2605

 

And Ohio isn’t the only one to specify that was just the first permit I read it on when I looked. Here’s a list.
