I don't see anything wrong with that, I run places up here where there are few truck stops, and not all of them are open 24 hrs like the big ones down in the US so you can't use a washroom even if you want to, Most of them are very small and only have a dirt lot, I have even washed my hair outside with a bucket of water, and brushed my teeth outside.

Plus, many of the places you can park, do not even have buildings around. -
I brush my teeth outside the truck if I have no sink to use. I can't imagine why people would complain about doing so. I take water and pour it over the toothpaste to dissolve the spit. Heck of all the things you might see a trucker do outside of his truck....
I think brushing ones teeth is one thing we all would like to see drivers do more often....
danelady, leannamarie and dirtracer13 Thank this. -
I wouldn't lie on the asphalt/concrete of a truckstop parking lot for any reason! EVER!! Nor would I crawl under a truck in a rest area or any such place for that matter! I never have in all the years I've been out here.Pmracing Thanks this. -

Do you ever stop and think that maybe the runoff of oil, fuel, fertilizer (for the pretty grass) and other operational chemicals might do more damage to your clothes and your body than urine or toothpaste ever would?

Spit on the pavement, I find it disgusting when people brush their teeth in the restroom while I'm dropping off a turd. My **** stinks real bad and to think somebody is brushing that odor in their teeth makes me sick. Sort of, well maybe not, but it's not normal.
I like to park in the back, so I can pee in the grass and empty my jug out too. I won't ever pee on the pavement unless it's raining. I might be a sicko, but I have standards. -
Saienga Thanks this.

Like some have stated before this, out of all of the chemicals that leak out of parked trucks, and especially livestock trailers full of animals that go where they stand, toothpaste spit seems a minor offense.notarps4me Thanks this. -
