Couldn't decide between Dudley's version or this one, both great.Rideandrepair and mustang190 Thank this. -
Lot of companies used these, Trash Can, Allied BedBugs, ConWay, any doubles and triples used them. Ever see one tipped over with the headlights pointing in the air? When the trailer went over, the rear axle acted like a pivot, and the cab would end up pointing up.
Guy I knew once drove one for CF, it was the most spartan truck he ever drove. Had an air pressure gauge, water temp and oil pressure light, and a speedograph. That was it. Ran a 250 Cummins, 7 speed, he said there were many times, he never got it into 7th, and plodded along at 51mph in 6th. Even I could pass them with the R model Mack.
Rideandrepair, mustang190, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this. -
