Oh.....I bought loadloacks on my first trip. They gave me the money back for it. I can't imagine them not reimbursing you for straps. I thought the policy for damaged equipment was if the driver caused it, then he/she was charged. I've picked up some of these trailers from various spots and man, they've been through it lol

Right.....and they spend a lot of money on junk the truck stop offers, the stuff to show, as opposed to the necessities, like oil and such

3 weeks isn't very long to judge a company by. But i hope you landed somewhere that makes ya happy. As for climate , I've been here 3yrs an have no problems grossing 60k a yr. I realize there may be some better paying gigs out there but these guys gave me a shot after a 3 yr break from trucking when no one else would. I've always been reimbursed for anything that I purchased for my job here as far as antifreeze additive load securement anything that I needed to get.

Just a heads up though when you do go to Moberly Missouri to the DC I know you see trucks parked at that Walmart out in front of that DC and every day when you go by there just warning though sometimes the manager will come out during the day and knock on your door tell you you got to go. One time we were there a day early and we went to Pizza Hut and had a supper or lunch whatever it was and by the time we got back I had to manager knocking on our door Dellin us they'd already called climate to get us to move our truck
