Nucor owner operators

Back when I was a dispatcher, anyone could sign up to haul direct with them. They had an internal load board. You can find their carrier setup stuff online, they’ll contact you, and you get access to their board. That’s been 5 years ago, last time I dealt with it.

 

I’m not sure, that was a while back when I was working in the office at Maverick. I believe some loads had rates and others you submitted bids on. What the rates were, I can’t remember.

The rates were roughly $1.60 when I hauled their stuff. Depending on delivery miles. And they have dedicated customers.

And they wanted at least 2 trucks.

Brokers also had their loads. For $1.30ish.

I've been local almost 4 years now. Don't know what it is these days.
