You should have been logging on paper then.
It’s hard to believe that you were unaware of the requirement to produce your last 7 days of logs. -
I was aware of that requirement
I had paper logs in my cab
I was advised by keepttuckin to do it manually
Didnt know when you do it manually like that you need to have printer cause thats how u produce your last 7 days for dot.. hence i got oos for that cause i didnt have printer.. had i had a printer evrything would have been ok.. or had i not lostened to keepttuckin and did it on paper logs i would not have gotten that oos..Doealex Thanks this. -
This is why I don’t like ELDs. We used to have brokers as intermediaries now we have ELD companies too. We used to have local mechanics to fix trucks (if we could not fix ourselves), now we have to take them to stealerships because they need to diagnose/update the software for new parts.

Yyp.. i feel this industty is going to ####.. just not worth it anymore.. everywhere u go or do they try to rob u.. broker shipoers recievers dot ifta elds etc list is endless.. better to dmstay home get a job in construction or factory and screw it..Doealex Thanks this.

I'm no inspector, nor have I dealt with an audit, but firing the guys that rack up CSA points would look good to me.
I think you only have to keep records for 6 months, is that enough time to make them look good?alds Thanks this. -
Yup for sure.. pretty much everyone has been fired.. had 10 down to 3 .. but still they can come afyee a screw up someone else did to your company.. thats what sucks
