    ive talked to some and they all say that going 5mph over is allowable so for me it works out because my truck does 75 and eeverywhere i go the speed limit is 70 and i still get passed by them every single day going 90

    What we’re saying is it’s fine to pass on the right as long as it’s in a regular lane.

    i saw that video a couple of times.

    first, each swfty driver should have been pulled over and ticketed for "impeding traffic"

    second, that shoulder runner, should have been pulled over and not only ticketed, but arrested and charged with dangerous driving. (or reckless driving) since he left the road.

    that's when anyone (which is everyone) that has a cell phone, call the state police.

    i'd have taken the trailer numbers AND the tractor numbers and sent in a copy of the video to swift, with a contact number or email to get back to me.

    horse nonsense like that should never be tolerated.

    this is any one of a number of reasons why the general public do not like us.
