Being behind the wheel again felt soooooo good. Looking at that dash for the first time after almost two weeks off felt like seeing a old friend again. *Caution.... supertucker post to follow.
It was soooo comfortable..... it's what I'm good at...... it's what I do..... it's what I've always done....I missed it honestly.
I needed a break and thought I wasn't coming back but once I climbed up in that Columbia (bust my balls...I deserve it lol) it just felt right. There has been a lot of negativity surrounding me as far as trucking goes lately but I'm gonna do my part to keep it as right as I can per @MACK E-6 I shouldn't toot my own horn because that's when bad things happen and he's 200% right (the reason im this forum....to learn and get better every mile). I'm gonna go out there everyday and give it my all.....use my 20 years of safe driving to keep it that way. I'm going to days and I'm gonna run a merchandising route.....I'm hoping this turns out to be like being in a package car but with a big boy truck....the way I always looked at it. Wish me luck y'all...I wanna get back out there and run and I wanna drive the big truck..,...I think this might be it.
What if it Snows?

I know my past few posts have been supertucker as #### but I don't even care and will take the heat for it. Why did any of us start driving these big fyckers? I did because I seen a career path that aligned with the biggest baddest things I seen on the road. Granted it's changed a lil in those 30 years but I am one of those gear jamming bad ##### now lol. I know pretty much everyone can say that but I like to think my safety record is what will make others see me as a professional.

lol...sounds like you got a handle on 'er. had a close call on tuesday that had me questioning my career choice, but I'm over it now. #### happens, and life goes on lol

@Troy_ I'm glad you pushed me over the edge to buy the road king. Don't get this twisted....I have nothing but love for my sporty and always will... incredibly underrated bikes if you ask me. The Tampa Trash Boat (my bike lol....that's what my wife calls it) is what a motorcycle is supposed to be. My only ##### with it is the floorboards...I'm used to forward controls.... it's not a bad thing...just different. I've put almost 5k miles on it in a month.... it's a keeper.
