    Then there are the cases where the little guy is left with f'all. They fold up their tent and you are owed money. Somethings are hard to see coming. If you do see signs, bail before it's too late. Their inability to pay will scuttle you too. This stuff happens in all industries and the unsecured creditors and employees get nothing. The banks are first in line. Good luck.

    Right. Point is the suits and upper management will always protect themselves. Kudos to the judge in that case, to not let the multi national mega carrier off easy with their closure of the branch and running off with what little is left to salvage. Some accountability, for whatever it's worth. Really doesn't matter about the corporate name.
    Wonder if the employees of the companies mentioned below saw anything coming. Seems to be an epidemic, as we've seen for months now. Of course the US has the big numbers and thus big coverage. Are we healthier in this country?
    Tibet got a wage cut and is rightly concerned. Maybe time to do the Forest Gump and run?
