    Wasn't meant to be standing up for the idiots so much as advocating to just take the ####ing breathalyzer. If you know it'll show you're clean, then you're good. If you know it'll show you're hammered, then you got what was coming to you

    If you refuse the breathalyzer then you DO NOT get a blood test. You have to successfully complete the breathalyzer first. And the driver has to pay for the blood test which is usually results in a higher reading

    well (to me) refusing a breathalyzer should make him lose his job, if he is a company driver.

    bad enough, we have 4 wheelers out there on a 24 hour basis that refuse the breathalyzer test, now CDL drivers, and by right, (in my opinion) they should have thier CDL revoked, and to never be able to get another one, in ANY state they may move to to try and get another one.

    it is sickening and tiring the amount of boozed up CDL drivers, or "hopped up" on drugs CDL drivers, and they get to return to trucking.

    when is enough, gonna be enough..???

    Yes if.you refuse the breathalyzer. (.the one done at the jail).your DL.is suspended anyway so there goes.your job...anyone driving a commercial vehicle DUI should be banned for life from the profession
