I've never went through their program but I have talked to a couple of their city drivers on my P&D route. None of them went through their program either but they did start off at top rate since they were experienced drivers...around $30 an hour to start as a city driver.
There's a couple videos on YouTube that explains their dock to driver program in detail. Maybe these will answer some of your questions. Good luck......

Wouldn't mind answering the questions about dock to driver, problem is though I have never been through it so I really don't know much about it, there is atleast five of us members on here who are Saia and are active on here, but to my knowledge none of them have done the program either, we all came from other companies and were already drivers as far as I know.WakeUpTheEchoes and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.
