    I am drawing unemployment. You need to file with the state and certify as instructed. An adjudicator will investigate and make a determination on your eligibility. Your employer can contest if they choose, but ultimately the state makes the final decision. Be honest. It was my mistake that cost me my job, but because it was an accident and not willful misconduct, I qualified for benefits.

    No I don't I have been in this business long and I know people that were fired 10 to 15 time now thats alot but I guess 2 times is alot for you. People jump more jobs just before they get fired also.

    I’ve never been fired in over 45 years so yes, twice in 2 years is a lot to me.

    I guess that you are perfect and you have done everything without consequences. Boy I wish that I could but I am a human being and I can admit to it. You must be from another planet other than earth. You better knock on wood if your still working. I have been in the work force 50 year and I have had good and bad days and can admit that I have been fire or let go. Good luck in your future endeavors.
