Did you fail to shift when she barked at you to shift? Or the other way around?

 

I would not have either. Tell the company you want a new trainer. They deal with that stuff all the time and some of those big company trainers should not be. It's a flawed system IMO but just have to play the game long enough to get into your own truck. Part of the reason I chose the company I started with is that they didn't do trainers. They did a long orientation and by the end of it they could tell who could drive well enough to hack it out there alone (hopefully) and who needed closer supervision for awhile.
