Hi, Does anyone have any tips on getting loads for a
24 foot box truck here in the Charlotte North Carolina area?
I have a few load boards like DAT & 123Load Board.

Might check with the local terminal s. They might have more freight than trucks, and some stops that are difficult for big rigs to get into.

DAT has many loads for Box trucks, you can also do search for Van partial loads and weight limit 9500 lbs or whatever is your weight limit to haul. Another good option is to find a Carrier and get a lease with them, the only cons on this they keep 13-15 % from rates. If you are a new carrier or new with your USDOT brokers don't pay really good.

Man you are so right I have found a couple of loads on DAT I find for the most money you have to go across
the country and you are right they want you to have your MC# for more than 3-6 months
